Hello, I’m a first time mum and I’ve sadly broken my shoulder in a silly accident which means I can’t pick up my son for 6-8 weeks whilst my shoulder surgery heals. I’m currently on maternity leave and everyone else in my support network works full time. I’m looking for a nanny to help out from Thursday - Saturday, 12pm to 5/6pm each day. I have a wonderful 11 month old son who’s giggly and smiley~ you’ll need to get him up from his nap, change him, feed him lunch which I’ll have prepared, play with him, give him his arvo bottle and then put him down for his nap. I don’t mind if you read/watch Netflix/study etc in between his nap times. I will be in the house but I assure you I’m not a mean, interfering mum (haha). You don’t need to clean or cook my family meals; this is not a maid job and I’m very aware of the distinction between the two. Looking after a baby is hard work I know! If you want to take him out to the local park a few minutes walking distance away, I’d be happy with that. He really is a joyous baby. I’m happy to play with him too but sadly cannot lift him.
