Must have electrical drill, tool kits would be helpful, you will be required to wear closed toe shoes (steel cap is not essential) and appropriate clothing. Seeking a trustworthy and reliable cleaner and home helper to work with a couple of times a month. We have 2 young daughters and a relatively busy lifestyle. General cleaning, laundry assistance primarily. First task can be for a couple of hours. Aiming for 3-5 Monday afternoon as the time slot.

I’m looking for a cleaner to attend my home each fortnight on going and be available if we need additional cleaning if we choose to rent on the Airbnb from time to time or need additional cleaning which I would always give advanced notice. We split our time between Sydney and Kiama and the cleaning would need to be scheduled for days we are not in Kiama due to working from home. We have everything you need to clean at the house. This job will include general cleaning including windows due to sea air (I will provide a product to use with a hose to make life easier) I will need beds to be striped, washed and made and there is additional linen in the home. Generally it’s one bed but if we have guests it could be up to 4. Happy to meet and show you around. I am there this week from Friday for a week. My budget is about $25 per hour and I will need 3 to 4 hours each fortnight at a minimum. Ideally I’d like to work with someone ongoing who understands the way we live and not a company with high staff turn over. A smaller single person or couple or friends would be ideal opposed to a cleaning company where the owner doesn't actually clean. I have a very clear vision on what I would like.
