As you can see in the photo, we have let our garage get quite messy this past year! We require someone who is proactive and efficient and who can complete a thorough clean of the garage that includes moving all items out of the garage, sweeping the floor, and power-hosing down the concrete. We also need you to move items back in to the garage, however, to organise all items in a way that is not only categorised but allows us to park both cars. There are a lot of items to be thrown out as well and we will be present to guide what needs to be thrown out. Some items can be thrown on the front nature strip for hard rubbish collection. We are hoping to get shelving soon so organisation of the items into sections is required. Power hose, broom, and other cleaning equipment can be provided, but if you have your own items, please feel free to bring and use too. I recently purchased a koala mattress but have decided to return it. I need help wrapping it back up in the plastic it came in, and folding it half like a taco. These are the the conditions for returning it. Apparently it can be folded using tape or rope, of which I have neither. Would prefer somebody who can bring those or can purchase from Bunnings etc with receipt and can reimburse on the day.

Hello, I moved into a 3BR 1 garage townhouse a couple of months ago and have only unpacked the kitchen and master bedroom since. I need help unpacking, organising and decluttering the rest of my stuff. No need to move big furnitures. Boxes are already in their respective areas. I am open to suggestions if things are best placed elsewhere around the house or in the bin. I currently have an injury and won’t be able to offer much help with carrying stuff. I am working from home full time and available to answer any questions. I think it’s a whole day job if someone like me who isn’t a professional organiser would do it. I would like it completed within the next 2 weeks, weekdays would also suit me. I do have just one house rule and that is to not let my indoor cat out of the house. Happy to purchase additional shelvings, Ikea storage containers, organisers, etc that we may need. Areas to do: Downstairs living room, dining room, laundry nook, single garage and spandrel closet.
