I need a reliable person or team of people to help get house ready for inspection. Wiping walls and helping with clothes and bedrooms $25 ph per person . If You are not going to come. Or stuff me around please don't apply . It's. not hard work and apart from walls ..no cleaning required .I'll supply all equipment .

We recently moved houses and we ended up just dumping everything into our pantry. We are after someone to come in and make our pantry make sense! We do have some requirements: - one shelf for all of our dog’s stuff, ideally easily accessible but not at dog height - our most used stuff at arm and eye height (we can send a list of what we use most) - want it organised by category, we have some labelled boxes/containers available and already in use, plus some other boxes and spare labels that can be utilised if handy - whilst we are happy to give some initial guidance / answer a few questions, ideally we are after someone who will come in and do their thing without too much input needed from us, I’m so happy to be surprised and shocked at your skills 😊

I’ve hurt my back and need help with some household chores. -clear space on the floor in a bedroom -disassemble an ikea Besta frame (easy) -bring this and all additional Besta parts (which are still in original boxes) to the inside front of the garage for collection -affix return label to Besta bundle -unstack the lower rack of the dishwasher and refill with dirty dishes -carry two bags of clean clothes from laundry up stairs to bedrooms -move a high chair from the living time to the garage -place a plastic bag liner over a camp stove and move from kitchen to garage -place a plastic bag liner over an armchair and move to garage (downstairs) The garage is right next to the house and easily accessed. Estimated 2 hours work. Unfortunately I can’t help with anything physically as I’m injured. Option to extend by another 2-3 hours (assemble small cupboard/shelves and paint black) for the right person.

Deliveries (weekly): - complete cleaning - this includes everyday clean + one-off items such as window clean etc etc. - tidying the kitchen - put dishes in dishwasher, organise the fridge, etc. - bedding duties - changing sheets, tidying beds, etc. - tidying up the property - organising toys, furniture, etc (we work with kids with disabilities) - light gardening duties - watering the garden/trees, taking weeds out, spraying, light pruning. Desired applicant: - Having hotel cleaning experience is an advantage. - Knowing how to grow fruit trees and maintaining a healthy garden is a huge advantage. - Eye for detail - we want our offices and properties to be immaculate. - Height standard for quality - training will be provided. To assist packing up of a large portable arts studio (size of large caravan). Lifting large accessible ramp components and folding up of concertina walls ( power drill driven). I will be supervising and giving instructions on the day. Task will under two hours.

I was admitted back into hospital a week ago and I’m still in here but still need this to be done when I get up with an added spanner in the works which is after five years in my house. I’ve been told the owners want to move back in so instead of hanging my stuff in the wardrobe, we will be hanging them in boxes.
