Hi there, I am after someone to declutter my parent’s house (both elderly) in Kings Langley. It can be done bit by bit over a period of a couple of weeks. This will need to be done before I can arrange a deep clean. Main items will include: - mainly box/bag unnecessary items for donation/rubbish - this will be with my parents as they confirm what they want and don’t want - use your declutter expertise to freshen the space - make rubbish and donation piles for pick up This process will involve guiding my parents through it and taking control of what should go etc.

You have to be very organised and take initiative to get things done. This is a relatives workplace and she’s asked me to supervise and organise.. The office has three rooms. No time to muck around commenting back and forth as this is urgent and Ive wasted over 24 hours posting this job only to go back and forth with comments that went no where in time. So if you can do this at Seven Hills, like....NOW....or within an hour or two from now stsart (it's just before 5pm as I write this) then let me know in one single message a) confirm you can make it by what time. If you don't include timing in your response it wont be considered, b) your background, skills, experience and other reaon to hire you other than available at short notice, and c) any questions or details i'd need to know so that in an hour from now when i come back and read through the responses once, I can hire you right then and there without going back and forth all night with missed messages. Real estate coming tomorrow for property re-inspection after failing an inspection a couple weeks ago. The house is cluttered with lots of equipment especially chords and cables from electrical stuff. Also a few things on walls need to be kind of covered up and tidied up. Need someone available today (Sunday) at Seven Hills. The real estate weren’t so happy with the last routine inspection and are coming back with the owner on Monday (possibly Tuesday) to inspect again only this time with the land lords fine tooth comb. The house is occupied by two males who ….well….if we were able to make the place look descent already we would have but even after trying we still managed to get this outcome. So we need a few helping hands with an eye for detail to neaten up, put away, sweep under the rug, hide out of sight and otherwise make the aesthetics of the place look reasonable enough to calm the owners farm who freaked out when seeing the propperly managers recent inspection photos. Specially, there’s a lot of electrical equipment and cabling and gadgets and random stuff around the house which used to fill up and office 4 times the size of this small house, which had to be squeezed in here somehow but leaving the place too much of a chaotic overwhelming overflowing clutter of “stuff” that it has done my head in too much and I need someone who can just declutter the place and organise stuff into places which tbh i don’t care where it goes right now just so that it makes a very fussy Landlord stop wondering what the hell is all that “stuff”?! Like, the property manager described it in his report as “materials not contained properly” which creates “hazards” without even knowing how to define or specify what materials were and how they ought be contained nor what type of hazards they pose, as the technical, legal specifics here probably aren’t anything that makes it justifiably problematic - it’s just that they’ve likely never seen this kind of excess stuff in the place before and don’t know what to think but just feel confused and stressed and would feel much more comforted if it just looked normal basically. This is a job for someone with more than just domestic cleaning skills, but specifically decluttering and organising stuff into places which involves equipment which, you don’t necessarily have to be an expert in using but would be able to make it just look neat in addition to the cleaning. The house is at seven hills a block up from Hills Sports High.
