Backyard clean up. I’ve been spring cleaning my back yard and need help getting all the junk packed up the side of the house (to be taken away at a later date). My parents are downsizing from a 5 bedroom house to 3 bedroom unit. All major items have been moved to new location. Remaining items need to be moved and sorted (as per below instructions - more specific detail will be provided on the day). Looking for: min 2 x strong and keen helpers (for min. 3-4 hours) who have initiative and are willing to be versatile with required tasks (ie. Some basic cleaning tasks as well as moving furniture and sorting random items). 1. Remove all items from front office room. 2. Vacuum front office space. 3. Move reserved items, as directed, to office room. 4. Move various items from lounge and dining room. 5. Vacuum area. 6. Move all remaining upstairs furniture (mostly desks, credenzas and one bed frame) and other random smaller items downstairs (one flight). 7. All clothing or fabric/manchester items to be neatly packed into cardboard tea chest boxes. 8. Vaccuum upstairs. 9. Clear off back deck/balcony. a. If necessary, make a tip pile on front kerb. 9. Move all items in Laundry. 10. Vacuum Laundry. 11. Move all plant pots and other garden ornaments and furniture etc from back yard to front yard/driveway. 12. Move green house to front yard/driveway. 13. Ensure shed is completely empty and swept tidy. 14. Sweep back deck area and outdoor paved area (presuming not raining). 15. Wipe down kitchen including inside and front of kitchen cabinets. 16. Help sort all items in rumpus & garage areas into saleable piles/displays in preparation for garage sale. Handy equipment (for labourers to bring): If you have and can bring trolley to help move furniture items would be good. Also, a plug-in vacuum cleaner would be handy, please.
