Hi I am looking to rent out a flat in the centre of Bunbury via Airbnb (usually weekends only) and am looking for a trustworthy and good cleaner. I have set out some details below: Unit: 2 bed 2 bath; carpets and tiles Location: city centre (opposite the dome) Requirement: this flat is used tue-thur am for our business. We wish to make it available for short term stay from thur arvo – mon pm each week. Thus it requires a light clean and prep for the guests for their arrival (as the second bed and bath etc wont have been used in the interim), and then a further full clean on guest departure. I need someone to come to my mother's house and spray for cockroaches as we have an infestation. My mother hasn't been very well physically and emotionally for some time and isn't the best at keeping the house clean even with help from my autistic brother and I. I am in the process of looking to move out and I can't keep helping her and sort out my own life direction. I can get funds earlier in the week and on Friday the 13th she has a rent inspection that morning, and I'm concerned for her that if this doesn't get done it could mean she may be evicted, to which we don't have family able to aid in helping her move forward, currently, this is the best I am able to do with what I have to help to avoid losing my home too. I can't offer to pay you very much as I am tight on cash. I can do After Pay, if needed.
