I’m in need of a cleaner/ housekeeper for 4 hours work per week in a private house. First day as a one off via here, and ongoing work available for the right person. Duties include: Standard house cleaning - bathrooms, toilets, vacuuming, mopping, dusting etc. We occasionally sub in different jobs - eg, making the beds, vacuuming the car, light gardening. We also ask for some ironing to be done each week. So please note, this is not a bog standard cleaning job that an agency would do with a ‘set list’! We are more personal. 3-4 hours per week (if ongoing) Needs to be a weekday and preferable start after 9am and finish before 3pm - but there may be a little flexibility. Had a plumbing issue in the front yard, which washed away some of the dirt under the driveway. There is now a gap on one side, which needs filling with concrete (because am afraid that the driveway will start cracking under the weight of a car driving over it). There is easy easy access to inject concrete, via a gap at the side of the driveway. Hard to tell how big the part the needs filling is, but Id say 3 bags of concrete would do it. Bring hoses and power outlet in good condition (please tape hoses and cords away on back of washer). *Deliver to neighbor 5 minutes away from our new home (Second address) The dishwasher is clean and ready for pickup and delivery, please sweep under dishwasher if necessary, ready for bond clean inspection. The lawn is ready for bond clean inspection, swing needs to be packed and delivered while leaving garden in good tidy condition. Bring: tools, muscles, moving dolly and straps, broom and dust pan, tape, bag for swing bits, blanket to protect dishwasher. Thank you!!
