I have a change over of Airbnb bookings and won’t be in Sydney to change the bed sheets and give the place a quick clean. I have all the equipment required including vacuum cleaner. It will be just be the shower room/toilet, kitchen and 1 bedroom that needs cleaning. Plus the lounge might need vacuuming too. Won’t take any longer than 1 hour. No need to wash the dirty sheets - just put them in the wash basket which is in the laundry and I will wash them when I get home. Attached are some photos of the apartment when clean. It must be done between 11am and 3pm while the place is vacant.

Hi there I'm renting my apartment on Airbnb for 3 separate guests from mid January to the end of February. The first clean is needed on 17 January 2023 (anytime from 5am) and would need to be complete by midday or so. The sheets will be laid out to be changed on each bed and the used sheets will need to be washed and hung out to dry. The dry sheets will be collected and returned to the apartment by someone else. I have included photos of the apartment - the two bedrooms are reasonably straightforward with just two beds and one desk. There is one bathroom with a shower/bath combo and a vanity. I will supply cleaning products, a vacuum and a spray mop (just for the small tiled and laminated areas of the bathroom and kitchen). The subsequent three cleans will need to be: -either on 29 January after 2pm or before 12pm on 30 January, and -after 12pm on 9 February -after 2pm on 25 February or anytime on 26 February These cleans will be a normal apartment clean with added: -changing over the sheets to the fresh sheets washed on prior vists -washing the dirty sheets -washing up any dirty dishes (if left by the guest, I will ask that they clean as they go) -taking out any rubbish to the bins -placing out waters and biscuits (provided in cupboard) -checking and restocking toilet paper if needed I know it's quite last minute to find someone with availability across these days and times. My normal cleaner is away but due to the small size of the apartment can always do the standard clean within 2 hours, I'm factoring in an additional hour or for the additional Airbnb specific tasks. Guests just moved out & don’t appear to have cleaned at all while they were there for 3 months. Toilet stained, needs hard work. Otherwise mostly it’s lots of dust & hair & some splatter. We need all cupboards wiped down, inside & out. Inside of fridge cleaned (not bad, just some drips see photo ) Clean oven, might just need wipe down, crumbs removed - see photo. Check tidy all contents of all drawers and cupboards. Vacuum empty drawers. Dust Window sills, top of cupboards, top of picture frames Clean patio chairs & sweep patio If possible clean windows, again not too bad but would be good It’s not too bad but is more than a normal clean and the people who usually prepare the Airbnb won’t have time for all that. Sadly must be on 26th or today (Xmas!) - anytime. It was aired overnight & still being aired now. No need to make up beds or style the place, just a thorough clean. Hi, looking for attention to detail Airbnb cleaner. You will need to arrive at 10am on Sunday 9 May. If there are 2 x people that is good. The clean will need to be completed by 2pm. The 3 x bedroom apartment , 2 x bathroom, 2 x lounge rooms is located in Coogee. All beds need to be stripped and I will be supplying bed linen so all beds can be made up for next guests arriving after 2pm. If you are a cleaning Pro you will have your own over the shoulder vacuum cleaner. I have a Dyson but that would need to recharged during the clean. Timber floors throughout. There are buckets & sponge mop for your use. Happy to provide some cleaning products.
