Our Melbourne based linen hire company requires someone to iron our 100% linen and delicate cotton napkins on a fortnightly to weekly basis. This may increase in frequency as we enter into “event season” from Nov - April. We are looking for someone who will steam iron carefully and precisely, getting all the wrinkles out of each napkin and placing them flat in a pile. We can provide the square boxes to place them into flat. Each napkin takes approximately 1minute to iron. Being linen it requires a high temperature iron with a steaming function. It becomes faster and more effective with the steaming function. We are looking for someone (preferably a senior citizen or two) who can iron the napkins for 50c each. Within a one-week time frame. The number of napkins may vary from 100 to 500 napkins per week. Must have a clean home, preferably no pets and definitely no smoke. We would pick-up and drop-off loads of ironing to you, or if you are close to us, you could also pick-up if convenient. You must ideally be located in Glen Iris or Bayside area, ideally close to Highett, Bentleigh, Carnegie, Mordialloc, Cheltenham or Murrumbeena. - Due date: Flexible
