Need a laborer to remove soil and mulch, and dispose. We have 5 house stumps with about about .3m2 of soil built up around them. Have a wheelbarrow, and it could be wheeled to the park at the back fence and dumped there. Or bring a trailer and dump at the tip or elsewhere. Would have to move some potplants to get at the soil. Tidy up afterward. An hours work I would think.

I have a pile of garden mulch in my car park. It needs to be moved to garden beds. This is done using plastic bins. We live on a hill so there's some walking up and down the hill. Probably best suits a fit person. The Brisbane weather is great this time of the year to work in the garden
