I've got 4 skinny tree stumps and a small peppercorn tree that need getting rid of. The stumps are in raised garden beds and need to be cut to ground level, ideally with minimal damage to the surrounding plants. Ideally the peppercorn is uprooted but cut to ground level is fine too.

Long garden bed has been tidied up and plants removed, but there is now a lot of dirt leftover. I would like this removed so it’s flat. Area is approx 12m long and 800mm wide.
