Old sleepers to remain (the neigbour wants them) take away the posts. The fence is to remain and be re-used. The site is accessed from Moore Cres with no access from neighbours property. An on-site inspection is requested due to the issues surrounding the retaining walls and what the neighbours needs to do their property.
