I would like 2 x Quote's one on timber and one concrete sleepers . 48 mts of fencing, 2x quotes timber and also color bond. Rear and left hand fence This is a rental property, so I have had my builder measure all my works that I need done. I will only be letting the company I engage with into do a final measure to adjust quote if required if measurements are out. If your not able to do a qoute without seeing the property and then amending if we are out then please don't comment ! My builder is on another project and will just over see the works if required ! This job will be over $10,000 do so don't inquire if your not able to invoice over this amount . As it's a rental property you will need to be experienced in fencing and retaining and have a crew of works , it would take too long for 1 or 2

Repair and maintain a 14 metre x 1 metre high retaining wall located on a boundary. Treated pine sleepers. Must be experienced, able to take down and reinstate panels of a Colorbond fence. Must have tools and an auger for post holes which need to be 1 metre deep. Replacement of 7 timber posts, add extra posts where needed for reinforcing. Replace any horizontal timber sleepers where necessary. I can supply materials to be on site eg. treated pine sleepers, screws, concrete, extra soil and gravel to backfill, top up after the recent rains. The soil disappeared around 1 fence post from rains and needs to be fixed again with new concrete.
