We need a concrete retaining wall and stairs to be constructed. Currently, we have a timber retaining wall that we would like to replace with concrete sleepers. The approximate width dimensions are 3.5 meters on the right side, including 2 meters for stairs and 2.5 meters on the left. The retaining wall is required to be 0.9 meters high and will require three stairs. Please provide a quote.

We need colour bond fencing between our main home and a new granny flat, it should be approximately 20m of fencing. Of which approximately 15m will require a retaining wall. We also need a new colour bond side gate with a lock.

In the chaos we missed getting a building inspection complete which we still require in order to obtain our final Occupancy Certificate. The structure seems sound based on the last few years of crazy weather and it seems to be still solid.
