Hi, Looking for a basic landscaping to be done in the backyard, front yard and sides of the house. The handover is on 20 October. My builder is comfortable if you do the work before the handover date. I am attaching the working drawings and developer landscaping guidelines for your reference. Landscaping requirements (happy to discuss other cheaper options): LANDSCAPING – Toppings path around house, tuscan pebble & mulch to garden beds, turf to rear, x2 trees & x20 plants to front, x8 screening trees to back, timber edging & drip irrigation with battery operated timers to garden beds. + Letterbox + Wall mount clothing line. If you can do fence (on the left side and back of the house) as well, then that will be a bonus! So, I don't need to look for another contractor. For fence, I am looking for something like this as it what was installed on the right side by my neighbour "Supply and install - 1.95m high (1.65m paling /150mm plinth) timber paling fence with capping & exposed posts."
