Hello, We have a house in Lithgow requiring landscaping - both construction and then maintanence. Quite large area, approx 2500 sq mtrs of turf and also garden beds, trees etc. We're looking for someone to do the initial work, and then maintain it long term once it's complete. Some fencing and carpentry work also available if within skillset.

General landscaping works to be carried out at a house and a commercial proprty, including lawn mowing, fertilising, tree plantings, structural landscaping, paving, borders, hedging, paths, fencing, etc. Ongoing work, and other commercial work available to the right person. I have put a ballpark figure in, for just some of the work - it will be less or more depending on what is done. It will suit someone who can operate a bobcat or digger, has a can-do attitude and is not too far from Lithgow. Ideally hourly rate with an invoice will suit us.
