Have a section of yard next to our patio that is lumpy and weedy. Want the dirt levelled out to remove lumps and flatten area, then spread some topsoil and lay new turf over the top (Saphire buffalo). Weeds have been sprayed and are now dead. Approx 60m2 total. Area shown in yellow, between patio and fence, and a bit around top of patio. Access for wheelbarrow but no machine (except tiny digger) as there is a side gate. Can drive up close to side gate though. Please offer for labour /equipment costs, we will pay for materials separately.

Got a bit ambitious with a DIY project and now keen to finish it off with some help. Corner of the block has a small hill. Plan is to level it a little and use concrete blocks (Linearwall) to build a 2 block high garden bed. Welcome any advice, thoughts on the steps currently: 1. Use mini excavator to level the area 6x4m (roughly 150mm or so deep) 2. Use mini excavator to dig a trench for 5x3m rectangle for blocks (another 150mm deep). 3. Pull up existing 18 square of turf, add 1.6 cube of soil, level compact and re turf. The are needs to be accessed through the townhouse which cannot fit a wheelbarrow. Previously we did it with 15litre buckets the whole thing took 5 hours by myself. I would imagine it would take 2-3 hours max for 2 people.
