Looking for someone to remove an old lawn including ~100mm of soil. The job would involve digging the lawn and removing it from the property. The area is ~50m2 and I estimate there will be 3-4m3 of material to be removed. There is no machine access to the area due to walls etc so it will have to be removed by wheel burrow. However the driveway is close and is 2 steps lower from the lawn level so it is easy to bridge with a ramp onto the driveway or straight onto a trailer / low truck. Soil should be clean so might suit someone with other jobs where it can be used as backfill and save disposal fees. Ready to get started when I find the right person. Job can be done any day of the week. Price to be negotiated. Happy for inspection before committing to the job. - Due date: Flexible
