Looking for someone to build a pergola area with decking in courtyard. Sides to have mechanism to cover or to go back to top uncovering sides. Landscaping out the front yard for boundary walls to move forward closer to the boundary with render work. Tidy up the front yard with ideas of something with very low maintenance. Remove all trees and dirt. Suggest paving ideas that makes the place look good. House with some exposed bricks which we want to cover in render. There's also a chimney that we want ideas to repurpose so it doesn't look so ugly at the front as we removed the fireplace so don't actually have a need. I've been told it's top expensive to get rid of and some can do some feature of some sort. Render will need acrylic and membrane to protect and give durability. Probably not looking to spend more than $5k or so but will reconsider.
