50 sqm. Ground has only soil which is ready to be levelled in preparation for turf at a later date. Soil is manageable to move, small amount may need removal if excess soil is not needed. I need concreting/paving to be done around the house and my small front and backyard turfed. It's 8m x 5.5m. weeds in the front and back yard need to be removed and ground would have to be prepared and the turf laid. The height of the wooden fence need to be increased as well. I need it done as soon as possible. The house has access through side gate.

Back Garden Bed: • The back garden is 15m long and – 0.6m wide. • We would like the current Lilly Pilly (Straight and Narrow) trees removed, unfortunately, they have not filled out producing the desired screen effect . We have Murraya (Mock Oranges) in the front and would like the same planted 1 metre apart for the entire length of the back fence line (14 in total). • From when we dug out the current Lilly Pilly holes, we understand that the soil composition is mostly clay from about a half a foot down. With this in mind we are unsure if any new soil will be required for this area, but happy to discuss further. • However, we would like Black Mulch laid in the garden bed. Side Garden Bed: • The side garden bed is – 11.6 m long and – 0.5m wide. • The garden bed will need to be prepared and built up. • We are looking to plant Birds of Paradise 1m apart for the entire length, with a Xanadu planted in between each Birds of Paradise. • There is a clothes line above this garden bed along the fence, so where the clothes line is, we would just like the Xanadu’s. see image example. • We would also need some simple drainage for this area, possibly a French drain? • Unsure if we would need any edging, happy to discuss. • Again, we would like black mulch laid in the garden bed.
