A few months ago our retaining wall on our apartments balcony broke, the top part with the railing cracked the concrete and came off the wall. We had an inspection so had to make a quick fix, we used putty and quick drying concrete to attach the railing back to the concrete and painted it over. We are moving out of this apartment now so we have to try make it look as close to original as possible. Potentially sanding the concrete/putty down to make it smooth and then repainting, I can send photos to better explain it. - Due date: Before Saturday, 7 May 2022

Have an area in a backyard that is covering an old pool site. Over the years it has sunken a little and we need a few things done to fix it. The area is pegged out in the photos but is approx 7 m x 4.5m 1- turf cutter to cut roll and remove the turf 2- fill in with soil to level out the yard 3- reapply the removed turf to the area and add in a few extra rolls as required Must have own equipment. Site is accessible from a side driveway but it’s not vehicle accessible, will fit a wheel barrow and turf cutter no worries. Must provide all labour, soil, and additional turf as required. My backyard lawn has a few dips / lower than rest of the lawn. I returfed the yard 8 years ago when I closed my inground swimming pool which was 9 meters by 4.5 meters. A few areas have sunk - not too much however. I want to level the lawn and make it uniform.
