Site scrape 50mm from front yard(37m^2) and 50mm from back yard(33m^2) with a dingo or positrack. Land size is 350m^2 with existing dwelling. Total yard Area size is 70 square metres. Easy access to rear yard via adjacent empty block of land. Front yard is open access, no fence or gate in the way. Need front yard compacted / rolled over after scrape and back yard(only) backfilled with clean fill(100mm) and rolled over and compacted, clean fill will be provided along with Skip for the spoil which will be on the front driveway. Grass is almost non existent at front and back. Has been freshly mowed and is mostly dried dirt. All I need is you, your time, your machinery and your precision. I forgot to snap photos but that’s really all there is to it. Will take some when I head there next, hopefully later today, but don’t count on it. Job will not take more than 3 hours. I’m needing approx10-12 m3 of clean free fill delivered and at least 2 people to move it by wheel barrow into the back yard.

Hi. The area is about 8x12m, and need about 10cm taken from the top. I have turned the soil already with a rotary hoe, so removal will be easy. I will need the soil removed. If needed I have a property in Wandong where it can be dumped. Then move about 7m3 of new soil roughly in to the same area, which is already staged, and another 5m3 of new soil to the back yard, though access will be via the vacant block behind. Again, the soil is staged there ready to be moved. The back wont need excavation.

I am wanting someone to move crushed rock and then top with pebbles, down the sideway of my house. Will need to be wheel barrowed in.
