I need basketball ring moved from front of house to backyard via the side gate. Needs two people.

I would like to convert 4 steps in my side access to a concrete ramp to allow easy access for my dogs, lawn mower, wheel barrow etc. It is not a disability ramp. The ramp will be from the beginning of the steps to the end of the pathway (about 3m long).
