Cut down Ponytail/Elephant Foot tree with chainsaw

Need someone qualified to cut down elephant foot tree. The tree is about 1.75m tall and the trunk about 34cm thick where we need the cut (red line in price whereas it measures 84cm on the thickest part - just to give an idea about the size of tree we're talking about. The trunk doesn't need to be removed. I just need someone to cut down the wastage so that I can dispose it (either green bin or waste facility).
