Scope of Works  Construct retaining wall / terraces stairs approx. 30m long and 600 High, using 200 x 50 Sleepers.  Works are partially complete and fill is in place.  Construct a deck on ground using 200x50 sleepers and decking boards (approx. 6.5 x 3.5m) including connection to existing house.  Laying pavers and or artificial turf and or concrete slab (small) to stairs / terrace as needed and directed.  Landscaping including spreading topsoil; seeding and turfing and potentially plantings.  Completion of Stratco panel roofing which is installed in the majority including completing trims, install gutter and downpipe, install blinds and screw off remainder.  Note roof is mostly complete.  Additional Minor Works may also be requested including:  Fence repair; remove and reinstall a fence panel which has become detached from a corner post (2.4m wide by 2m high timber).  All materials will be supplied and / or reimbursed at cost as necessary.  A site visit to further discuss is required.

We’ve renovated a cottage in Brighton bayside and are now seeking experienced landscaper for the big backyard - almost 700 square metres. (See photo) Seeking someone who could help us complete the makeover including - 1. New back fence - rip down old one (full one side (almost 100ms) and build new timber fence 2. Create a concrete courtyard area behind house - flat concrete area approx 10m by 10m 3. New turf - lay new turf including all prep and maintenance after laying If anyone has any carpentry skills we also have some outdoor benching ideas, and block work (breeze blocks) feature wall in mind too.
