At the planning stages of building a retaining wall at the back and side of a new build. Seeking for quotations from structural engineers who could help with design of the reaining wall and provide drawings required for the council approval.

Needing someone to do a very basic surface level clean of my 1 bed apartment. The apartment has been cleaned recently and just needing the dust build up from the the past fortnight to be removed. Remove the dust and wipe down the below surfaces: - remove dust and cobwebs from inside windowsills - remove dust in the aircon and from filters - remove dust and wipe down skirting boards - wipe down kitchen bench and cupboards (inside and outside drawers too- small mark in a drawer and a cupboard needs to be wiped off) - remove dust from outside of toilet - remove dust from laundry, kitchen and bathroom sink and wipe down any water residue - dust tops of blind architraves - dust ceiling lights and cobwebs from ceiling - wipe down door and mirror tracks - remove any dust and lint from dryer - wipe down range hood to remove and grime As the apartment has been previously cleaned, I believe this will take approx 30. Can provide pictures if necessary.

Currently have a large pile of dirt and a few smaller piles that need to be removed and disposed of. Further to this, I also require some minor landscaping and digging of dirt to even out the sloped area. Also need assistance pulling out a tree root system in the front yard, I am able to cut the tree mostly down prior and dispose of any roots and branches

We need help with: 1. Setting up a veggie patch (mixing compost and manure through the beds) 2. Hedging 3. Spreading lawn feed over the grass Work would likely be around 2-3 hours total and ideally we will need someone regularly to assist with weeding and maintenance. Looking for help to rebuild garden seat. Whole wooden frame rotted and needs replacing. Irrigation unit and one sprinkler leak

The are two piles of lumber that need to go from one side of suburb to the other. Most of the wood is under 2m in length, but there are a few beams between 4-6m. The first pile is mostly decking stored in a gap under a tiny house. The pile is roughly 2m wide x 0.4m high The second pile is mixed use lumber in a wood rack which measures 1.8m high, 0.5m wide and 4m long. Both stacks are currently at the end of a driveway in a cul-de-sac. The driveway was recently traversed by a truck with a shipping container on it so it's navigable. They need to be moved to a short driveway with easy access a few streets away.
