Need to replace the current timber sleeper retaining wall with a besser block retaining wall. Need the below to be completed. - remove and dig below current granny flat foundation roughly 1.2m deep - have concrete footing and steel inserted. - have concrete footing waterproofed - build 10m wide by 1.2m high besser block retaining wall approx half a metre away from granny flat wall - in between wall and granny flat have granny flat and besser block retaining wall waterproofed - place new agi pipe and blue metal down in between new wall and granny flat

- Remove grass lawn/sod - Lay brick edging - Install concrete pavers - Backfill with white pebbles Materials will be paid for. Quote is only for the labour.

I have grass that I want to remove to replace with synthetic turf. Grass needs to be removed, ground leveled and compacted and crusher dust spread evenly over. Must have own bobcat. Skip will be provided. Side access to backyard available (at least 4 metres wide). Backyard grass is approx 200msq and level.
