We have an existing Airbnb listing in Safety Beach that we are looking for a regular cleaning service after each booking.  We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, sleeps 8. We are looking for laundry service as well (we provide all linen, bath towels & tea towels). We currently have a few bookings and would need a clean on the following dates: Tues 15th Nov Tues 3rd Jan Mon 16th Jan Guest checkout is 10am and checkin is 3pm so the cleaning would need to be done during this time (except if there are no guests arriving the same day - can be discussed). We are looking for someone who cleans to a high standard, including vaccuuming, dusting and mopping all rooms, cleaning kitchen, scrubbing bathrooms & toilets, tidy all areas, using your own equipment and cleaning products, & can restock basic items (we supply, like toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, hand soap, tea & coffee etc) make beds, laundry service (wash linen and towels that we provide), provide a quick report on the state the house was left in by the guests and details/photos if there are any issues such as breakages or unexpected cleaning required (e.g. there is a BBQ but we expect and ask the guest to clean it). At the moment we need the above dates but as more bookings are made we will require additional ongoing cleans. Can provide photos on request.

Need what I think will be a two person team for a full house clean, similar to an end of lease clean.
