This is the checklist from our Real Estate: The following list has been prepared to assist you in the property you are vacating. KITCHEN The Stove should be cleaned inside and out which includes – oven, griller, drip trays, hot plates and range hood washed and degreased. We urgently need an end of lease cleaning today (any time ) so we can be sure to get the bond back. We have only lived here for 2.5 months so it's not heaps dirty, and it is a very small apartment (studio), so it shouldn't be a huge job.
