Hi, I have an older Pioneer plasma tv and recently it stopped working properly. Let me run you through the fault as best I can and see if this is something you can repair. I was watching tv and the screen clicked and switched off. I turned it off at the power point and turned it back on. The RED power light came on, so I hit the standby button and the power light turned to blue. The screen came on for a couple of seconds and then went black again and the red power light is flashing several times. My research on the internet suggests there was a possible power issue and a fuse may have blown? On the power cable itself there appears to be a magnet or something?. I am located in Newport and hoping this is a job I could get done at my house as the TV is quite heavy for me to carry to the car. I hope you can help. The reason the price is so low is I understand it might need to be seen to evaluate the repair cost.
