Hire a professional home theater service in Neutral Bay

We have a simple thin tv antenna wall plate in our unit (see photo supplied). It has never worked since we moved in. When we try to put a tv antenna cable into the socket it's very loose and zero reception. I have unscrewed off the wall and can see two wires going into the plate. I'm hoping replacing the plate will solve the issue.

Need to get the 75inch TV mounted on a wall, I have the brackets. The job needs to be done before Saturday 19th March. The cables needs to be hidden, using trunking or conduit is not an option. The power switch is just below the TV.

Tv/Mount needs to be positioned and fitted to giprock wall I haven’t acquired the mount yet so maybe you could come and describe most suitable mount based upon inspection of wall, stud finding etc. then after the purchase of the mount, come back for the install? 240 & antenna cables need to be re-run/ back up the wall, 2m through the roof, back down the adjacent wall, and then out the wall to wear the TV is to be mounted.

My 4-5 year old Samsung tv today has a white screen - picture is there but colour distorted.
