Cut splitter box into Foxtel cable

Hi, I need to move the NBN box and modem into a different location in the house to get a better coverage of wifi throughout the house. To do this I need to cut in a splitter. No cabling is required and I have a splitter box. Only thing I am unsure about is that there are 2 cables coming into the house off the street and I am not sure which one has the Foxtel / NBN so I need someone with experience in this.

    Very good srevice
