We have moved into a house and Bosch home alarm system is installed. This is not been configured and don’t have a manual for it. Have power connection to this system. Previous owner has never used it and pretty new. Need qualified security installer to program the alarm with different zones if possible if it’s not been set. Need this to be set up this week or next week.

The system seems to be: Hills Reliance 8 Kit With Control Panel (S4697), Vertex Keypad (S4158), 2 x Optex (RX-40QZ), Combo Siren (WP16), Top Hat Screamer (WP08), Plug Pack (PP16-1.5) And Battery (BATT12-4), S7435K This was installed by the prev owner and we were given the codes. The system says battery has run out and needs to be replaced. Looking for quotes to replace teh battery. Note - The base unit is in the roof and crawl space is a bit narrow due to aircon duct - happy to post photos, please let me know.

My house alarm remotes no longer work. Batteries in each key fob have been replaced but they still don't work. The alarm works if I activate it via the keypad at the front entry, but not via the remotes. I assume this may be an issue with the receiver for the remotes - this is located in the alarm box in the wardrobe. The model number is Bosch ICP-CC488P.
