Hedges just need squaring up. However they are quite high toward back of house. I have a lawnmower so regularly mow grass. Fallen leaves as seen in pictures need to be removed. Bring your own tools.

Looking for someone to do hedging work - some low and some higher hedges (which will need pole hedger and ladder/platform). Must bring own equipment, and take away the off cuts. Looking for hourly rate basis. Wanting someone who would be interested in ongoing work likely to be 5 hrs a month (preferably done in a single day each month). Must work at a decent pace (we've had some who just seem to take their time and work slowly, not looking for that). There is some bamboo shown in the photos. It's not essential, but if you have the equipment to reach that for trimming that would also be something we'd look at.
