The unit has Central Heating/Cooling system. The airflow has reduced in the last couple of Months. I am living in a rented property and owner doesn't want to fix the repair. I have escalated and currently case is with VCAT. They have asked me to get a report and submit it for approval. Two of my heating ducts are disconnected (torn or split) and need to be joined together. I am looking for a permanent fix , probably joining the broken ends together by adding extra duct between them to connect the broken ends. Possible faulty pump in our Brivis Contour evap unit. Makes a noise in cooling mode. No noise in fan mode. Noise is intermittent. Unit still working ok but when turned to cooling mode it makes noise, turn off cooling mode and noise stops. - Due date: Flexible
