We accidentally switched off the main gas valve, now the gas ducted central heating is unable to be turned on again despite the gas value is switched on. Home hot water also becomes lukewarm but not as hot as before. Maybe pilot light is out?. The oven is reasonably modern. Most components are working well (e.g. oven fans) but the main heating filament does not switch on at all. I am unsure if it needs replacement or if the electrical connection to the filament is not working, so this job may need the input of an electrician. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 24 August 2022

Hey, We just moved in to a new house where they’ve installed Brivis ducted heating and cooling system. Upstairs heats up very quickly but downstairs takes 4 to 6 hrs easy to get to the desired temp I have attached the unit picture along with the model number Wondering if this could be fixed?

Ducted heating has been destroyed by dog. Ducting to 6 vents require repair / replacement of ducting. Good, clear access to underneath house.

Over fan is not heating the oven and I had this same issue couple of years back when someone was able to fix the issue easily( can’t remember what the issue was but was quick fix) oven grill still works so not sure if it’s just the fan not heating?
