Find a professional heating and cooling technician in Melbourne City CBD

I have a Brivis hearing and cooling system. The heating system has stopped showing up on thermostat where you change the mode from heating to cooling. It’s NC6 thermostat with manual Mode button. I anyway wanted to replace this with NC7 so I had ordered and replaced with NC7 however same problem persist. Evap cooling shows up fine but no heating. This could be a problem with pilot in the heating system as gas on this property was switched off, which would have caused the pilot to go off. I had to switch on pilot on Gas water heater manually, so it’s my guess that it’s the same problem. Can someone experienced and certified professional attend this issue. The property is in Point Cook.
