Hi, I have 4 x evaporative cooling vents on ceiling (never worked) which need to be removed and plastered over. Vents are approximately 30cm x 30cm. I have a tiled roof. Looking for a quote to get this work done ASAP.

The car engine overheats and stops starting because the coolant gets empty, I have seen spells from the radiator cap so I changed it now, I don't think that the only problem, I want someone who can fully diagnose and fix the problem.
