I’m needing a small ceiling gybrock repaired in a bathroom at Wurtulla. Roughly 3 metres long x 1m wide. There are also other bits and pieces.

Needing a sliding gate (sheet metal) with motor installed. 2 stage gate (2 x3m sections) All electrical cable has been run to the gate. Job is at Wurtulla. Some inspiration is attached

The bathroom door has locked from the inside. Need fixed by Saturday 22 March to allow cleaning for move out of the house.

Supply a medium sized dog door, preferably in the colour black and install on a crimsafe type screen door.

I have been left high n dry by a roofer who took payment promising to fix up the remaining work within a few weeks. I paid him in good faith so he could fix up his crew as we had to halt work due to rain. He left me in February with two roofing panels, barge caps and gutters to one side required to complete the job. It is a cliplock roof, with the last two panels remaining on the roof, requiring trimming before the barge cap on one end, barge caps on other end, gutters to one side. All materials are on site This is quite urgent to save inundation to the interior and risk ruining newly installed plasterboard. - Due date: Before Saturday, 18 March 2023
