I need a handyman to remove internal inactive locks, hooks and unneeded handles from architraves and windows to prepare for painting.

The job is as follows: Remove and replace (the same) metal bars in a garage "window" Garage has a "window" (size 160 cm x 80 cm) in which metal bars are secured to the concrete by two bolts on the left and two bolts on the right. (FYI, there are no bolts at the top or bottom of the window). The 4 bolts need to be cut, the bars lifted out and left out for a day while cuttings from gardening work will be carried through the window and on to a truck for disposal and then the bars must be replaced. This will require drilling 4 bolts into the concrete to secure the bars. Update In reply to a request for photos showing how the bars are connected to the wall, I will try to attach 3 more photos. Also, as this job depends on when an arborist can remove a tree (which will be carried through the garage window) I must wait until he gives me a firm date for his job and only then can I move forward with a decision on this job.
