Climb up a ladder to a 4.3M high window at base, 5.4M height at top, and run a line of expanding foam into a gap between the window and wall. Basically, climb a ladder, put some tape up, then squirt foam in the gap on either side. x4 windows, 2 sides of each window Up, tape to stop foam dripping, spray foam into gap, scrape any excess off, done.
