Window roof leakage needs fixed, in Marrickville, NSW 2204. My sunroof window has leaks that leaves drops on the floor and damages some parts of the plaster walls. The window was not damaged or broken, its sealant was simply beaten over time. The fix should be finding the leaking paths and sealing them. It is a single ground floor house with tile roof. I am Needing somebody to make three aluminium fly screens for 3 sliding windows. made up roughly 550 x 800 x 2 And another one just a bit taller, And I have a screen door that has to be meshed I do have all the mesh and the materials for that as well. I have all of the screen mesh and surrounds for this to be made all I need is the labour and skill to make them. I’m guessing this will probably only take around about an hour happily to pay an hourly rate

I bought a portable air conditioner that I can't use in my room because of the old push-out window that exists in there. the plate that comes with the aircon doesn't fit well and allows too much warm air to come into the room from outside. I bought a sheet of clear PVC at 3mm thick to fit nicely into the frame of the window once cut to size but the 14.3mm hole needs to be cut into the plastic to allow the exhaust hose to be connected. In summary, the PVC sheet needs to be cut to about 400mm x 950mm and the circular hole at 14.3mm and then perhaps temporarily fixed in with something so I can remove it when I don't want to use the aircon anymore.
