I have old steel corner windows with the levers. I forced it open the other day and it no longer works. Could be just a little thing. The other window is stuck and I would like to make it permanently closed. Also take off all the little bits and pieces so it can be painted. Photo shows the stuck window. I have a big size window. We are not touching the glass, but I want the wooden frame from the inside to be extended by about 500mm to the right. And need the fly screen cut to size. The idea is to have a shower in the space to the left hand corner so waterproofing etc will happen on top of the wall that comes up after this work of extending the window.
