Cafe display vertical sliding window needs repair. There is a pulley/rope system in the frame that slides the window up and down/open and close. The rope is a 4mm Kevlar cord that has snapped and needs to be replaced. Glass is not broken just the rope on the pulley system.

There is a 2-3mm gap between between the windowsill and the rubber part of the window frame in one corner of this window, causing some air and noise to be let through (see picture). I would like this fixed. I also have a second window with the same symptom and would like that fixed also.
