See attached old casement window type. Some cannot close properly and the hinges need servicing. Our front gate has also come off its hinge and needs to be fixed (i can provide photo of this later).

I’m looking for a professional carpenter to look at all the wooden frames on my windows and doors around my unit and assess if they can be fixed or replaced. There are 2 doors and 5 windows. At the moment there are gaps in some of them, but there are no rotting or major issues. The gaps are due to structural changes over the years. There is no flood or break-ins.

Power lead and a earth cable have broken while moving houses.... Don't ask me how plz... I have no idea lol Need it so it won't 🔥🔥🔥I've tried soldering it... It turns on now but all I'm getting is a flashing screen while the power leads connected but when I try join the earth up it just trips my house. Help plz

Previous tradie didn't water seal window when replacing the wood reveal/frame after wood rot, has happened again. Aluminium window 1800mm x 1800mm. Brick house. I think water is likely getting through brick under window.
