We recently had bit of water leak through the window frames. We have had this replaced by a builder. We require a painter to paint the outside area of the window frames so they are properly sealed, you will need to sand back some of the wood and clean up some of the silicon before starting the paint job. The main thing that we need is for the wood and areas around the windows to be sealed. The scaffolding is already set up and ready to go. We have a wood rotted wooden trim a t our brick veneer house in peregain Springs. The trim has been exposed to moisture due to a leak caused in the current weather we've had. It is a modern standard spec house to give an idea of what your dealing with.

We have outdoor and indoor window and some door frames around a two story house that need painting white (at the moment they are not painted, it's just aluminium), imagine it might be quite fiddly work having attempted one myself and swiftly given up. I'd say there are probably 5 door frames and maybe 10 window frames that need doing but can get exact amount and size soon.
