Replace the rotten timber of the glazed window/Sunroom as shown in the pictures prevent water leakage replace dirty glass where needed

There are 2 jobs to be done. 1. Need to fix door timber only a small part of it and paint it with the same colour. 2. Add more screws to existing slatewalls.

I have a BBQ smoker I built. I am looking at selling it and I want the outside cleaned up with a wire brush and a flap disc and painted with penetrol. The inside will need cleaning too, I have a pressure washer that can be used. I've done it before. I think it will take about 2 hours to do it. I will supply the penetrol, wire wheel and discs. If you supply impact driver, angle grinder and safety gear.

The backs of my chairs are detaching from the seat. Hoping to have someone come that can potentially fix the glue so that it is very firmly attached.

We have a wall-fold-down study desk to install, two floating shelves, and a flatpack wall cupboard to put together / hang on wall. One wall has the switchboard, so will need to be able to check there are no electricals where hanging cupboard.
