The back of the house weatherboards all of them needs to be replaced on an average 1970 weather board home in Altona north. There could be further jobs if need be .

I have 32 linear meters of weatherboards that need replacing across various area of my house. I will supply the weatherboards.

Replace various damaged or rotten weatherboards. Water heater will be disconnected before hand. Weatherboards will be provided. Due date; 30 Nov 2023 - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 30 November 2023

Remove and replace approx 12 weatherboards. Some are very short (30cm-50cm) and some are longer (up to 3.5m approx). Can supply more exact measurements if you need. Existing laundry window in coming away from the side of the house. This is due to severe weathering of outer weatherboards and wall frame which is rotten. Remove existing boards and expose wall frame. Replace rotten/damaged wall studs and/or noggins. Replace window and flash so water doesn't come in. - I have three weatherboards which are buckling, and one weatherboard which has come loose and dropped (I still have this weatherboard). There may be others on inspection. - I am looking to have the weatherboards re-fastened / nailed back in. Need someone who can help hold weatherboards in position while I nail them in place with a pneumatic nailer. Will have to climb a ladder. 2 days of work.

Need to replace some weatherboards in a second story town house. and repaint them all. Probably more economical to replace the whole side of the wall (around 5m length and 4m length on the other). Leave the top 5 rows which is still in good condition. Paint need to be supplied. - Due date: Flexible
