Arrived very late and proceeded to overcharge without offering any discount or compensation. Ran overtime with a client ahead of me. Put my whole day out. The job itself took all of 2 minutes. Unconscionable conduct to knowingly take $155 from someone when it ended up being a 2 minute job. Unethical.
